1. Agreement
By accessing NexCart or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using NexCart on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
2. The service
NexCart provides tools to create and operate online stores. Features may evolve over time. We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice when practical.
3. Accounts & responsibilities
You are responsible for your account credentials, store content, product claims, customer communications, tax obligations, and compliance with laws that apply to your business. You must not misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access.
4. Storefronts & customer data
Merchants own their storefront branding and catalog content. Merchants are responsible for privacy notices, order fulfillment commitments, and handling of their customer data in line with applicable regulations.
5. Payments & third-party services
Payment processing and certain integrations are provided by third parties. Their terms apply to those services. NexCart is not responsible for outages or policy changes outside our control.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use NexCart for unlawful goods or services, fraudulent activity, infringement of others’ rights, or anything that harms the platform or other users.
7. Disclaimer & limitation
NexCart is provided on an “as is” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
